By accessing brokerstack.ai, joining our waitlist, or using our beta software (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. BrokerStack is designed for licensed insurance professionals and agencies.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use BrokerStack only for lawful business purposes.
• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.

4. Beta Access

During early access, features may change or experience downtime. You understand the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without compensation.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, content, and branding belong to BrokerStack, Inc. You retain ownership of your data; we retain ownership of our code and design.

6. Payment & Pricing

If you choose a paid plan, fees are billed according to your selected subscription. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are handled per our posted policy at launch.

7. Confidentiality & Data Use

Client and policy data you upload remain yours. BrokerStack will store and process this data solely to provide the Service and maintain compliance. We will not disclose or sell this information to third parties.

8. Security & Compliance

We follow industry-standard encryption and access-control practices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BrokerStack provides the Service without warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BrokerStack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from use or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify BrokerStack, Inc. and its employees from any claims resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of terms or inactivity. Upon termination, we may delete or archive your data according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
